Linda A. Animashaun, DrPH, MPH, CHES
Owner and President, Amammere Consulting
Hello, I am dr. linda animashaun
As an organization supporting public health initiatives and programs, you face a common challenge: you want to understand why your efforts are working and how they can be improved to create lasting change in your communities. However, without the tools, knowledge, and concrete data to prove your impact in a way that resonates with funders and stakeholders, you feel frustrated, unsettled, and disconnected. You know your efforts are effective but can’t explain why or back it up with solid evidence.
You deserve the tools and knowledge to demonstrate your impact and secure community and donor support based on data-driven insights. This is where I provide consulting support.
With over 15 years of experience conducting public health research and evaluation, I understand the challenges you face professionally and personally. As an immigrant and Black woman living in the U.S., I’ve experienced firsthand what it’s like to lack the resources necessary to thrive. These experiences fuel my passion for public health program evaluation and shape my approach to helping organizations like yours succeed.
I hold advanced degrees in public health, including a Master of Public Health from Emory University and a Doctor of Public Health from Georgia Southern University. I am also a Certified Health Education Specialist (CHES). My career began as a 5th-grade educator with Teach for America in Houston, TX, where I focused on addressing educational inequities. Over the years, I have worked with federal agencies, nonprofits, and various organizations to drive meaningful change in public health.
In my evaluation services, I utilize Culturally Responsive and Equitable Evaluations (CREE) to ensure fairness, inclusivity, and community engagement throughout the process. Together, we’ll uncover the insights you need to measure your program’s success and create strategies to sustain it.
